In our Small Group Training sessions, you can expect a focused, dynamic workout with personalized attention from a dedicated trainer. Each 60-minute session is structured to ensure progress and variety, starting with an explanation of techniques, followed by a warm-up to prepare your body. The core of the session includes a circuit with targeted exercises for different muscle groups, and a unique challenge to push your limits. We finish with a cool-down and stretching to aid recovery and flexibility. You’ll leave feeling stronger, more confident, and motivated.
